Shahi Tukra recipe

Shahi Tukra

Ingredient:-
Bread – 5 to 6 slices
Milk – 2 cups
Desi Ghee – 2tbsp
Dry Fruits – For Garnish
Sugar – 25gm

Method :- Heat a frying pan on medium or high heat. Put some ghee in it and place the slice on the frying pan until golden brown each side. Make the bread crispy but not black. Then we take boil milk in a pot with sugar and put slice in it. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until the bread absorb the milk.Garnish the dry fruits in it, Now Shahi Tukra is ready to eat hot or cold.
