Khada Masala Ishtoo Keema Recipe
Ingredients:
Chicken or Mutton (Keema)-1kg
Curd-150gm
Red Chillies whole- 8 to 10
Turmeric Powder – 1tbsp
Zeera – 2 tbsp
Pepper – 2tbsp
Sabut dhania seeds 50gm
Cloves – 7 to 8
Garlic – 10 to 12
Ginger – Chopped 2tbsp
Tez Patta - 3 to 4 leaves
Green Cardomom – 6 to 7
Oil – 3tbsp
Salt – To taste
Onion sliced – 250gm
Green coriander leaves for garnish
Big cardamom – 2 to 3
First we take a pan & put oil in it. Heat the oil and put tez
patta in it then make it golden & soft.
Then put all ingredients add curd & chicken keema. You can add little
water in it and cook the keema on low flame till cooked it. Leave it for 20 to
25 minutes.
Now ishtoo is ready for served it, garnish the coriander leaves on keema
& served it with Khamiri roti aur rumali roti.You will lick your finger
after try this.
